Appraiser Registration Form 2013

The Ontario Destination Imagination Provincial Tournament
will be held on Saturday, April 13th, 2013 

We hope that many of you will be able to participate! 

All registered appraisers will need to be available from approximately
8:00 am to 6:00pm on the day of the Tournament
